Account Director – Brand and Marketing Communications
At nearly two years old, we’re looking to expand our team. As such, we’re looking for an ambitious and talented Account Director to manage a set of brand and marketing accounts. With 4-6 years’ experience, the ideal candidate will work closely with the Delphi founders to drive marcomms activity across a diverse group of tech clients from global unicorns to UK start-ups, covering technology markets across payments, cybersecurity, AI, electric vehicles, telecoms and enterprise software.

This provides a great opportunity for the right candidate to join at the start of a journey, helping to shape the culture and proposition along the way. Currently we’re hybrid, with some days WFH and a co-working space in London where we meet a few days a week.
You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with new prospects as well as maintaining them with existing accounts. There is also a fair amount of new business and prospecting work to jump into. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed.
The Role:
As an Account Director you will contribute to ongoing client work, on small- and large-scale brand and reputation projects that often have brand positioning, marketing strategy, creative ideation, content development, digital media and research elements to them, which are designed to work across paid, earned and owned channels.
Possessing excellent communications skills, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter and natural problem solver, happy to contribute to a tight-knit senior team. A passion for technology and communication is essential.
We operate across the entire technology sector in the broadest sense and mainly within B2B, of which a positive understanding is essential. B2C experience is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- An understanding of brand, marcomms and reputation work, integrating them across senior teams, and how to bring that to bear with clients
- Leadership of entire marketing projects as well as driving the client forward
- Bringing projects in on scope, on time and within budget
- Written content creation and management
- Exemplary client handling skills
- New business development ideal but not essential (a willingness to learn is)

Salary range: £55-60k
