Grabbing the attention of CISOs globally

Challenge: Cybersecurity firm Netskope engaged Delphi as a strategic comms partner. With a vital product launch upcoming – the Netskope One platform – we needed to ensure Netskope has the right voice in the market, particularly around the intensely crowded topic of Zero Trust and that it had the attention of time-poor CISOs.

Solution: We devised a global integrated campaign rooted in the insight that Netskope’s target CISO segment was in the midst of a cultural shift and a new cohort of progressively minded CISOs were shaking up businesses. We spoke to 1000 CISOs globally to understand the impact of these modern CISOs on modern business.

Outcome: The Bringing Balance campaign is a first of its kind for Netskope – the first time a single campaign has been rolled out across marketing, sales and comms. And although only four months into an eight-month activation plan the results to date are standout:

  • Driven by the campaign, Netskope has just benefited from its highest quarterly coverage total on record – with an 89% increase QoQ
  • More than 500 CISOs globally registered for a global webinar based on the campaign
  • So far, paid social media and marketing emails based on the campaign are outperforming any other Netskope campaign in terms of impressions and engagement
  • The campaign POV and results are being used at key events such as InfoSec globally
