Grabbing the attention of CISOs globally

Challenge: Fast-growing cybersecurity firm Netskope engaged Delphi as a strategic comms partner. Supporting their rapid growth and scale in an intensely competitive market, Netskope has to have a clear and insightful voice, particularly around the crowded topic of Zero Trust, reaching time-strapped CISOs that don’t care to be marketed to.

Solution: We devised a global integrated campaign rooted in the insight that Netskope’s target CISO segment was in the midst of a cultural shift and a new cohort of progressively minded CISOs were shaking up businesses. We spoke to 1,000 CISOs globally to understand the perception of how the CISO role needs to evolve to support modern business needs.

Outcome: The Bringing Balance campaign is one of the first of its kind for Netskope – an integrated effort across its go-to-market teams. And although only four months into a 12-month activation plan the results to date are standout:

  • Driven by the campaign, Netskope has just benefited from its highest quarterly media coverage total on record
  • More than 500 CISOs globally registered for a global webinar based on the campaign
  • So far, paid social media and marketing emails based on the campaign are outperforming Netskope benchmarks in terms of impressions and engagement
  • The campaign POV and results are being used at key events such as InfoSec and Gartner Summit globally
