Welcome to Delphi’s latest update
As we head into summer holiday season, the Delphi team finds itself busier than ever! Here’s our update on what we’ve been up to over the past three months…
Our work
We’ve spent the last quarter working on a range of thought leadership, consulting and content projects.
For cybersecurity company Netskope, we’ve been developing a new campaign that builds on our work from 2024. Last year we targeted CISOs with Bringing Balance, an award-nominated piece of thought leadership that demonstrated Netskope’s understanding of modern, progressively minded security leaders. This year, we’re creating a campaign focused on another C-suite persona – and this should launch shortly, so watch this space!
For business payments giant Bottomline, we’ve been developing a new GTM strategy based on in-depth understanding of finance teams within their key verticals. That’s going to lead to a new narrative, content programme, and more – plenty to keep us occupied for the rest of the year!
And for the UK’s leading ServiceNow partner, UP3, we’ve been busy creating ebook content for their audiences in the Energy & Utilities sector and for AI-focused leaders. Next we’re about to embark on a new customer case study programme to tell their impact stories in creative and engaging ways.
As we’ve noticed over the past couple of years, our mix of work cuts across brand strategy and reputation management in interesting ways. We’re bringing our earned media lens to activity that has traditionally been the domain of consulting firms or creative shops. It’s really exciting and makes us feel well-positioned for how the sector is evolving.
What we’re seeing in the market
As mentioned up top, the past quarter has been the busiest period in our short history. It feels like, after reaching two years in business, we’ve hit an inflection point. We’re more deeply embedded with our clients, we’ve built a reputation in the market, and industry trends (favouring small, senior, agile teams) are heading in our direction. It’s an exciting time!
We’ve also probably seen more discussion about AI over the past three months than at any time in the past three years. Agentic AI has become a dominant conversation with many of our enterprise software clients. And consultancies and agencies are actively grappling with how this technology affects our business.
For our part, launching Delphi in early 2023 meant we’ve embedded AI into our workflows from day one. AI is a core component of our tech stack, and as a relatively lean team it allows us to move quickly through admin, analysis and ideation. But as the technology keeps evolving – and client needs develop – we’re constantly thinking about new ways to utilise it. Watch this space for new developments in the months ahead.
Thinking and speaking
As always, we’ve been writing about some of the topics on the agenda with our clients right now. ICYMI here are a few highlights:
- Five compelling reasons to choose an agile, independent partner like Delphi.
- Three “AI heresies” for comms and marketing.
- How today’s media shift is creating complexities, novelties and continuities for comms.
- Lessons from taking a tech brand from B2C to B2B.
Have a great summer break and see you on the other side!
