PA and Ops Assistant

We are looking for a proactive administrative assistant to support the leadership team while taking ownership of business admin and operations. Currently we’re hybrid, with some days WFH and a co-working space in London where we meet a few days a week.
The role is ideal for someone looking to work four days a week.
The Role:
You will be the glue that holds our fast-growing business together, and make sure everything runs like clockwork. We will look to you to provide a broad range of support across the business including managing day-to-day administrative tasks, diary management for the leadership team, meeting support, events, client and supplier communication, content creation and business process management.
This is a role for someone who is not just an outstanding internal administrator, but also someone who is capable of building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and partners on behalf of Delphi. Possessing excellent organisation and communication skills, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter and natural problem solver, happy to contribute to a tight-knit team with stellar attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business administration: Scheduling meetings; POs and invoicing; managing subscriptions and expense tracking; document preparation and formatting
- PA support: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership team (of three)
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications; Client and supplier communication
- Event management: Venue sourcing and booking; invite management; event logistics
- New business and marketing admin: Content creation; awards; new business admin
- Process improvement: Proactively suggesting ways to improve business processes
Key Skills
The right person for this role will be:
- An outstanding communicator (written and in person)

- With strong attention to detail
- Experience with Office 365 and Google Docs essential
- Experience creating content for social media and PPT documents not essential but a bonus

Salary range: £25-28k pro rata (four days a week)
