Delphi @ 3 years, unveiling Inspired Answers

Delphi has made it to 3 years 🤩 – we’re in the process of combining our sister agency 393 into one agency (more on that in time), have signed for our first office (it’s bloody cool) and this year we’ll go over £2m in revenue for the first time.

This week we’re unveiling a brand refresh, with a new proposition and website – to better reflect the consultancy we’ve become, the value we bring to clients, and to lean into something fresh (and what we think is genuinely differentiated).

Inspired Answers is our offering to a tech market defined by huge disruption – and we can bring the clarity and purpose needed to help brands carve out a place in the world. It’s most often at the defining moments in their development. We achieve this through world-class strategy, creative and AI innovation.

On the brand, we wanted something fun and expandable. We’ve developed a look and feel which leans into some of the Greek mythos tied up in our name alongside a palette which complements that.

You’ll also see stars: we love the idea of these forming the constellation we’re creating, where every person in the agency gets to play their best role. Hopefully it will make us stand out in our own crowded market.

We are so excited for the next stage. We have several open heads in creative, planning, client management and our PR teams, as well as big plans to set up programmes around our purpose and citizenship in line with our values.

It feels like a big jigsaw coming together at exactly the right moment.
